PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Renovation of existing waiting room for Jones Center at the Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital. Renovated waiting room comprises new porcelain tile floor and base with carpet insert. New wood entry doors with full lites allow views from the main circulation corridors and are stained to match updated reception desk with modern furniture and original artwork.

 

Wall mounted kiosk to be installed for patient check-in. Ceiling modifications include new light cove with gypsum and acoustical tile ceiling system. 

 

Interior refresh includes replacement of corridor flooring, wall base, painting of walls, and installation of corner guards resulting in brighter and more welcoming space for patients receiving care. 

 

Finishes include: porcelain tile and broadloom carpet. New acoustical ceiling throughout with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems upgrades, equipment coordination, security, and technology engineering.
